The Beaufort Hotel is having a brand new restaurant and Chris has been invited to provide a number of original works. This painting is called Candle and Wine, a still life with a Spanish feel. 30×30″ acrylic. If you would like to own this original work, do get in touch.
Chef and owner Walter Scopetta of Il Pastaficio, one of Cardiff’s up and coming top restaurants receives a commissioned portrait of his grandfather. Walter says “I am delighted with this painting; it is a very good likeness”. Chris produced the work from an old photograph which tool a number of weeks to create.
On 19th October, the restaurant Il Pastificio held an Opera Night in aid of the charity ‘Welsh Hearts’. Chris donated a painting called Venice at Sunset, which sold for £200. All proceeds went to the charity.

Local restaurant Anatoni’s Pizzeria of Cyncoed Cardiff are delighted to receive a selection of Chris’ original Italian themed works. The owner, Tony is seen here. The paintings include David in Chains, the Amalfi Coast, Vesuvius behind Trees and Memories of Venice.
