Pet portrait and landscape artist Chris Langley demonstrates painting on iPad at the Penallt Art Festival, near Monmouth. Chris is seen here demonstrating fine art using the inspire Pro app on the iPad 3. His audience were visibly impressed at the result. Chris works with a whole range of media including digital, watercolour, acrylics and oil. He used various techniques also for his unique pet portrait paintings. 
Art in Penallt was conceived six years ago when a small group of local artists and residents came together to organise an exhibition of eclectic art in the village of Penallt. The festival is now recognised by artists and visitors from far afield and this, our fifth year, promises to be even better than before.
Over the years we have attracted top artists and makers like the renowned potter, our patron, Walter Keeler, not only to show but to demonstrate as well.
