As part of the Made in Roath Exhibition 2015 Chris was invited to display works exclusive in restaurant La Vita on Wellfield Road.
We have gathered traditional recipes along the way and many of which were handed down from our elders including our own pizza dough, bread and pasta. Our chefs have combined good quality food and traditional cooking with sensible prices. All food is prepared from fresh, day by day and our pizza is the most popular option on the menu.
Locally sourced produce from trusted suppliers is in our best interest when it comes to vegetables, meats, seafood and dairy products. Although, we do source great quality Italian cured meats, buffalo mozzarella,’00’ Caputo flour and other delicious imported goods from ‘Mercanti’ based in Bristol.’
